Instead of a standardized rigid framework, AI is able to organize a reliable system with an individual approach to organizing work for everyone without compromising system performance.

The transition of the organization of social labor to a cooperative one with AI will take a long time and require a lot of resources. The high-quality operation of such a system is possible with the parallel and well-oiled operation of many modules that perform their functions qualitatively. Now the development of complex tools with a payback delay of decades is within the power of only giants.

But you can hone individual elements in simplified models. For example, creative games. They do not require integration into the physical world and do not carry all the potential risks. But at the same time, a space is developing in which actions are performed and the system can learn.

Our team is passionate about the mechanisms of collective decision making. But recently we have moved forward with a conceptual idea. Now we are dealing with collective generation or generative voting. You might think that the AI will generate votes for you, but no. With this approach, the voice is something other than something that can be counted. In our approach, the voice is represented by an object containing information, such as a passage of text. By collecting all the votes, snippets of text, we can create the final product, which is the result of the vote. But it is not a ranked list, but will come out as a single product, a passage of text that takes into account everything that was written in each passage and who wrote it.

For example, 10 people create an article and as a result receive one, but taking into account all the parameters, about 10 authors and about 10 articles. You can also say the generation based on the wisdom of the crowd – SWG.

We want to create a system in which the useful contribution to the final product will be weighed. To bring design power into future products. Such products will have less risk once they enter the market, which means they will reduce the need to replace them, which means they will reduce consumption, and also allow them to spend less on goods, which will reduce the cost of living.
